Our Returns Policy:
Defective components must be returned to Company, freight prepaid, to the specified location for inspection and defect determination.
All return documentation must reference the RMA number.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
- Company reserves the sole right to determine warranty eligibility based on its inspection and analysis of the returned component.
- This warranty does not cover defects resulting from:
- Improper use or installation
- System contamination
- Failure to perform regular maintenance as specified by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM)
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or tampering
- Use of hydraulic oils or compounds that do not meet OEM specifications
- Disassembly of components prior to Company’s warranty review shall void this warranty.
- Company shall not be liable for:
- Repairs or replacements performed by third parties
- Equipment downtime or loss of use
- Overtime costs
- Production delays
- Any other consequential damages
- The use of hydraulic oils or compounds that do not comply with OEM specifications will invalidate this limited warranty.
Additional Terms
- Buyer must follow and document adherence to OEM start-up guidelines and installation procedures.
- Returned components must be properly packaged to prevent shipping damage. All subassemblies should be individually bagged or boxed, and all ports must be capped to prevent contamination or leakage.
